With over 30 years’ experience in the Home Building Industry, Kmetz Custom Homes CEO, Brian Kmetz has had the pleasure of managing over 300 homes ranging from the $250s to $1.5 million, start to finish. Brian prides himself in networking with other builders and subcontractors to expand his knowledge and to help build a better North Texas. As a Certified Graduate Builder and Certified Green Professional, Brian is dedicated to increasing his experience and embarking on greater endeavors.

Daniel Kmetz - Owner
Being around the Home Building Industry for his entire life, Kmetz Custom Homes CFO, Daniel Kmetz was destined to follow in the footsteps of his father. Daniel has seen first-hand what it takes to construct a custom home, side by side with Brian. Daniel has managed the Magnolia Home Theater within Best Buy, where he was directly responsible for $17 million in annual sales. Since leaving the retail side, Daniel set his sight on bringing to life the systems he designed. His progression to the Installation side has placed him on the front line of latest A/V systems and Smart Home products. He has taken over as the Home Services Manager for Geek Squad as he continues his carrier. Even with the responsibilities of managing 40 direct reports, Daniel still dedicates his time in continuing his education of the Home Building and Remodeling industry.
